- Vice Chair (2 years), Chair (2 years), Past Chair (2 years)
- Pool of candidates (need to establish membership structure)
Grades of membership
- Members – voting rights, nomination process, election, terms (3 years)
- Members at Large – no voting rights, appointed by Chair, not to exceed 1/3 of total
- Affiliate Members – no voting rights, unlimited in number
- Advisory Members – no voting rights, drawn from FLEPS Steering Committee
